Field Service Representation - CfTM will provide independent representation and a human presence for all our principals in the geographic territories outlined.
BOM Cost Reduction and Analysis - Utilizing our past procurement experience CfTM will assist our customers to help identify opportunities for BOM cost reduction. A multi-step approach addressing the following opportunities:
- Complete BOM review for commonality of component selection.
- Review of supply chain to leverage supplier consolidation.
- Provide up to date quotations utilizing top tier suppliers.
- Analyze existing procurement practices to uncover hidden commodity markups.
Product Development and Component Recommendations - Utilizing customer's technical specifications and business objectives, CfTM will align requirements, to optimize component selection in line with our principal's product offerings. If a satisfactory option is not available CfTM will facilitate an exchange of technical requirements, and draw upon past design challenges to assist with component development that meets the customer's expectations.
Facilitation of Order Cycle - In order to support quick time to market CfTM will streamline the RFQ Process, Order Acceptance, and Delivery of Requirements by addressing all communication as a priority. The objective will always be to provide our customers with value that maximizes return on investment.
